Our Rod Liner Treatment Kit is designed to keep the patented rod liners inside your CRC System performing at their best. If you begin to experience some drag when inserting or removing your gear from the CRC, it might be time to apply a quick treatment.

Each kit comes with a single, 8oz bottle of solution that fully treats TWO liners. The application takes about 5 minutes and is performed while the CRC System is fully extended. Instructions are located on the label.

Description

Application Instructions:

  1. Fully extend the CRC System and remove your equipment from inside.
  2. Place a small shop towel inside the housing to absorb any spilled solution.
  3. Elevate the housing portion of the CRC slightly to allow the solution to flow to the bottom of the liners.
  4. Pour the rod liner treatment solution into the rod liner using the “collar trough” section as a pour location.
  5. Pour 50% of the bottle into each liner until contents of the bottle are gone.
  6. Raise and lower one end of the CRC to allow the solution to fully cover the interior of the liners WITHOUT the solution escaping from the liners. Do this
    for 3 min.
  7. Pour the excess solution out of the liners and allow the towel to soak up the solution.
  8. Leave the lid of the CRC System open until liners are dry.
